Job Summary
This role is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and clients nationwide, providing exceptional customer service and support.
The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process orders, prepare correspondences, and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Support sales teams by providing product information, processing credit memos, and following up on customer inquiries
- Assist clients in selecting linen choices for their events
- Recommend product offerings or services to clients based on their event needs
- Take payment information and other pertinent details
- Open customer accounts and record account information
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining causes, and selecting solutions
- Ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction
Requirements
- A history of providing exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.)
- Experience working in the event or hospitality industries a plus
- Ability to work occasional evening shifts and/or weekend shifts (rotation schedule)
