Operating under general supervision, this position is tasked with conducting assessments and monitoring security protocols that thwart IT-related crimes, hacking attempts, and any unauthorized modifications or disclosures of the organization's information systems and IT resources.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Develops, tests, and deploys secure operating systems, networks, and databases for the organization.
  • Executes complex risk evaluations and performs tests on data processing systems to ensure the integrity of data processing activities and security protocols.
  • Conducts audits of password security, performs vulnerability scans on network and web applications, manages virus protection, and oversees intrusion detection systems.
  • Carries out risk assessments and audits, providing strategic recommendations for application architecture.
  • Analyzes access logs to ensure that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive company information.
  • Monitors data file usage and regulates access to client information stored in computer systems.
  • Keeps abreast of current computer virus reports to determine the timing for updates to virus protection measures.
  • Reviews breaches of computer security protocols and notifies management of any emerging issues.
Qualification:
  • Preferred: University Degree
  • Required: 2+ Years; Preferred: 3+ Years
