Retail Operations Supervisor
As a vital member of the Kohl's leadership team, the Retail Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving store performance and enhancing customer experiences. This position involves overseeing various departments and ensuring that operational excellence is maintained throughout the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a strong workforce.
- Work closely with the management team to implement effective associate retention strategies.

- Communicate key priorities to associates to support sales and customer loyalty initiatives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and development to associates, including performance evaluations and recommendations for promotions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures among all associates.
- Promote a customer-centric culture on the sales floor, delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
- Make informed decisions regarding store operations, including expense management and resource allocation.
- Lead the execution of merchandising strategies to optimize product placement and availability.
- Analyze sales trends and collaborate with fellow leaders to identify opportunities for improvement.
