About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Veterinary Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless operations within the hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide high-quality service to clients and patients.
  2. Financial Management: Process invoices and payments efficiently.
  3. Scheduling and Communication: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and communicate with doctors and staff.
  4. Medical Data Entry: Accurately input data into computer software.
  5. Prescription Fulfillment: Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by veterinarians.

  • Demonstrated passion for animal welfare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
