Main Responsibilities

- Monitoring key performance indicators to inform decision-making.

- Recruiting, training, and retaining top talent to support business objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- No less than eight years of experience in veterinary practice management, preferably with a track record of success in multi-location environments.
- Proven leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
