About the Role: As a Veterinary Receptionist at Innovetive Petcare, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hospital. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service, while also managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer top-notch customer service to clients and pets.
  • Process payments and manage invoices with ease.
  • Handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and gather necessary medical history.
  • Determine patient immunization and test status.
  • Communicate with doctors and technical staff regarding patient arrival and necessary treatments.
  • Fulfill prescription and product requests as instructed by veterinarians.
  • Maintain accurate data entry in computer software.

Requirements:
  • A genuine passion for animal welfare.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computer systems.
  • A positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
