About the Role

As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading large-scale project deployments, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Fostering strong relationships with client leadership, positioning Canary as a trusted partner.
  • Conducting comprehensive business reviews, identifying challenges, and exploring opportunities for growth.
  • Expanding our product footprint within existing customer bases, driving upsells and cross-sells.
  • Promoting customer advocacy, amplifying the success stories of Canary Technologies' impact.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in hotel technology.
  • Proven ability to lead, manage, and deliver large-scale projects on schedule.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required.
