Enterprise Customer Success Manager

About the RoleAs a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in driving the success of our enterprise customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading large-scale project deployments, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
- Fostering strong relationships with client leadership, positioning Canary as a trusted partner.
- Conducting comprehensive business reviews, identifying challenges, and exploring opportunities for growth.
- Expanding our product footprint within existing customer bases, driving upsells and cross-sells.
- Promoting customer advocacy, amplifying the success stories of Canary Technologies' impact.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in account management or customer success, preferably in hotel technology.
- Proven ability to lead, manage, and deliver large-scale projects on schedule.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior-level stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take on challenges.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus, but not required.
