Release and Deployment Manager

Qualis Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Release and Deployment Management professional to support the delivery of IT releases and deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Schedule and manage baseline and emergency releases
- Oversee deployment to sites and ensure smooth execution
- Provide timely notifications of upcoming releases to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain training documentation for baseline deployments, including back-out criteria for the ITSM System
- Support the procurement of IT assets as required
- Track and manage IT assets, including tagging and tracking, and identifying owners
- Receive and deliver IT assets to the correct locations
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Engineer to define reports as needed
- Offer technical guidance on RDM, including requests for changes and deviations from specifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, with a focus on release management
- Analyst - 0-4 years of experience in IT and/or ITSM process support, with a focus on release management
- Active DoD Secret security clearance
- ITIL foundations certification preferred
- 2 years of experience with JIRA preferred
