Agile Release Train Engineer, Staff

We are seeking an experienced Agile Release Train Engineer to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the Agile Release Train (ART) and driving consistent Agile practices across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the guardian of accurate Agile practices within the ART, ensuring Scope Decomposition, Work Planning, Story Definition, Timely Board Statusing, and Appropriate Linkages.
- Partner with the MBE STE/Orchestrator, CAM, and MBE Program Management Office (PMO) to streamline Month End Reporting, CEAC, and other PMO requests.
- Monitor and optimize product team Agile Hive boards, stepping in as a backup for Scrum Masters and assisting teams to ensure accurate performance reporting.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks and risks, empowering the MBE ARTs and Product teams to thrive.
- Foster a culture of decentralized decision-making, alignment, and coordination through your role as a Change Agent for Agile Transformation.
- Ensure the program remains outcome-driven, constantly refining the solution to meet objectives.
- Track solution health using relevant metrics, proactively driving improvements.
- Lead and support PI Planning Events, coordinating Product and Solution Delivery.
- Instill continuous process improvement cadences, emphasizing value-driven solutions.
- Significant experience as a Lead Release Train Engineer (RTE) or Strong Scrum master experience.
- Agile Transformation coaching experience.
- Jira Experience.
- Demonstrated leader and self-starter who can take initiative and work independently with minimal direction and oversight.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
- SAFe Certification and RTE Certification.
- Earned Value certification / experience.
- Model Based Enterprise implementation experience.
- Agile Hive Experience.
