Job Overview

Miller Kaplan Arase LLP is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce system, ensuring seamless user experience and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user and license management, including setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and sharing rules.
  • Configure Salesforce settings, including flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage sandbox environments and production deployments using changesets.
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
  • Optimize Salesforce data quality by implementing rules and automation as needed.
  • Perform proactive system maintenance, including security reviews, release updates, health checks, and optimizer.
  • Provide user support and monitor user adoption.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing users.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement or other marketing automation tools.
  • Experience working with consulting partners to deliver projects.
  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 3+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with Sales Cloud, Pardot, and Digital Experiences.
  • Experience in change management and governance.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
