Program Manager Principal

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a seasoned project manager to lead a closed area ADP program pursuit. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing all phases of the program from inception to completion, ensuring cost, schedule, and technical performance are met.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
- Collaborate with customers to negotiate contract terms and conditions.
- Prepare proposals, business plans, and other documentation to support program pursuits.
- Monitor and report on program progress, identifying and mitigating risks as needed.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to leadership and operational personnel.
- Strong analytical and planning skills to work with a wide range of groups and functions.
- Proven ability to develop, implement, and track strategies.
- Experience with relationship building and fostering.
- Demonstrated ability to absorb new technologies and processes quickly.
- Demonstrated experience working across functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to align strategies and capabilities to other business area or enterprise strategies and capabilities.
- Prior experience leading a diverse team to a common goal in relation to classified environments.
- Experience with larger scale, multisite IT capability deployments involving significant change.

- IT infrastructure and operations domain experience.
This position requires a government security clearance, and the successful candidate must be a US citizen.
