- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing, or a related field.
- Five years of sales experience, with two years in the title industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in design tools like Canva and Photoshop.
- Solid selling skills, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing situations.
- Good presentation skills, with the ability to present products and services to groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software.
