Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Risk Assessments: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with supplier relationships.
  • Develop and Manage Procurement Processes: Develop and manage procurement processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide Analytical Support: Provide analytical support to business stakeholders to inform procurement decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, economics, or related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in procurement strategy, contract management, analytics, or related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certified Purchasing Manager or related purchasing manager certification.
  • Experience with Cross-Functional Teams: Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Master's Degree: Master's degree in business or related field.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, annual or quarterly performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance.
