About the Position:This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial acumen and business partnering skills to drive results. As a Senior Manager, Finance - Technology, you'll be a key member of the Sam's Tech Finance team, partnering with the business to support key investment decisions, forecasting, analyzing financial results, and planning activities.
Responsibilities:- Influence & Leadership: Leverage your industry knowledge, business acumen, and relationship building skills to influence and drive results.
- Decision Support: Provide robust financial analysis to estimate tech costs for new technology investments, evaluating tradeoffs for new features & functionality.
- Planning & Prioritization: Lead annual operating plan and long-range plan. Partner with stakeholders to ensure efficient and optimal allocation of resources to align business needs with the company's financial goals.
- FP&A: Guide business partners to deliver on current year P&L goals. Lead monthly close and forecasting; identify risks and opportunities. Provide actionable insights to Tech leadership during monthly business reviews.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and 4 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area OR 6 years' experience in accounting, finance, or related area.
- 1 year's experience leading and completing cross-functional projects.
- 1 year's supervisory experience.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, plus additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401(k), stock purchase, and company-paid life insurance. Paid time off benefits include PTO (including sick leave), parental leave, family care leave, bereavement, jury duty, and voting. Other benefits include short-term and long-term disability, company discounts, Military Leave Pay, adoption and surrogacy expense reimbursement, and more.
