This role will provide critical support to a pool of high-producing advisors, ensuring seamless client experiences and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications and resolving inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Insurance and Investment Sales Support: Provide materials for client and prospect meetings, including account opening paperwork and reporting.
- Administrative Support: Schedule client and prospect meetings, monitor paperwork status, and facilitate new business submissions.
- CRM Database Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM database.
- Additional Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and other tasks.
- Education: Undergraduate college degree required.
- Licenses: Series 7 and 66 licenses desired or obtain Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of work experience in a professional office environment, preferably in insurance and investment services, with data entry responsibilities and efficient execution of administrative tasks.
- Skills: Proficient computer and Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
