About the Role

Fiducient Advisors is seeking a highly skilled Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our private clients, investment consultants, custodians, and money managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients accurately and in a timely manner
  • Open new brokerage accounts for various client types
  • Process and facilitate various types of money movements
  • Maintain organization of client records and documents
  • Follow internal policies and procedures
  • Problem solve and critically think through operational tasks and client service-based projects
  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Support the Director of Client Services and Investment Consultants with ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
  • 1-3 years of financial industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Adobe
  • Previous CRM experience
  • Previous custodial portal experience, particularly Charles Schwab and/or Fidelity
  • Understanding of different types of money movements transactions
  • Understanding of basics of different brokerage account types and client types
  • Understanding of basics of brokerage account processes
  • Broad knowledge of different types of securities
  • Broad knowledge of asset managers
  • Basic knowledge of alternative investment vehicles

Work Environment & Travel Requirements
  • This role may travel up to 5% of the time for training and/or business/events
  • This role offers a hybrid work model with three days in one of our professional office environments and two days remotely
Physical Job Expectations
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for up to 8 hours
  • Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
  • The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand
  • The person in this position may at times need to move throughout the building to access different areas
  • Ability to move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds
