Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative duties, including scheduling input and registration, insurance verification, and authorizations.
- Provide outstanding customer service to Team Members, Physicians, and Partner Hospitals and Facilities.
- Collaborate with the corporate team to ensure seamless client interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and three to five years of medical office experience in a Physician's office.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in telecommunications and software applications.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
This role will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
