Job Title: Help Desk Analyst

CyberTec is seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior technicians.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex problems to senior technicians as needed
  • Document and track customer issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve technical issues and improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
