Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and direct all electrical projects from initiation to completion, strictly adhering to safety codes and standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate the schedules of electricians, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Conduct regular assessments and maintenance of electrical systems to guarantee functionality and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Electrical Operations Manager or in a comparable leadership role within the electrical sector.
  • Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  • Strong grasp of safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with team members, executives, and external partners.
  • Willingness to work across various locations and manage teams on multiple projects.
  • Hands-on experience with computer-aided engineering (CAE) and computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software.
