Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Control Systems Engineer to join our team at W3Global Inc. as a key member of our engineering department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and develop control systems to support manufacturing and assembly operations.
  • Collaborate with machine vendors, maintenance, and process engineers to design and implement effective automated control systems.
  • Develop and implement action plans to resolve major issues and ensure system uptime.
  • Establish and maintain comprehensive inventory of machine software packages and ensure timely updates.
  • Partner with the IT department to maintain and update line servers.
  • Ensure adherence to industry safety standards, including OSHA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 9001.
  • Identify and support Environmental Management Plan (EMP) goals and targets.
Requirements
  • Two-year degree in Electrical Engineering with 4 years of related experience or Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering with 2 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in various controls communication protocols, including Siemens S7 Programming, TIA Portal Programming, RS Logix 500, Studio 5000, HMI Programming, and Robotics Knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and apply statistical techniques and mathematical operations.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement control systems that meet the needs of our manufacturing operations.
