Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer service and sales support
  • Collaborate with leadership to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Design and deliver reports and analytics to support sales forecasting and customer engagement
  • Lead issue discovery efforts and devise resolutions for complex problems
  • Support the sales forecasting process with data and market insights
  • Own and deliver new process updates and projects, including ideation, data gathering, and dashboard development
  • Work closely with the Sales Operations Director and VP to identify improvement opportunities and develop strategies to support internal teams and customers

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum three years of experience in a related field
  • Strong Excel and data management skills
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering and deploying analytical solutions
  • Highly collaborative and supportive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with and maintain confidential information
  • Ability to plan and prioritize work, with strong organizational and time management skills
