About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Home Cleaning and Home Storage businesses by analyzing sales data, consumer trends, and market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product supply, to ensure seamless collaboration and data-driven decision-making.
  • Utilize various data sources, including IRI, 84.51, Stratum, and Market 6, to analyze sales trends, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
  • Prepare and present data-driven insights to stakeholders, including sales teams, customer marketing, and finance, to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex insights to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of sales or analyst work experience.
  • Knowledge of sales tools, such as IRI/Stratum/Market 6/Kroger Data Systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
