Responsibilities:

  • Generating call lists based on study qualifications
  • Making outbound calls to screen potential study participants
  • Taking inbound calls and providing assistance to the caller
  • Scheduling appointments for participants on clinical studies
  • Making reminder calls for study visits
  • Data entry for appointments and participant applications
  • Other duties as assigned by management or Lead Recruiter

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience in high volume outbound calling
  • Must live in the Irving or Mid-Cities area
  • Must be willing to commit to a stable, long-term position with a great team
  • Enjoy customer service and have worked within a high-volume call center environment
  • Have a pleasant, clear, and professional telephone voice
  • Appreciates attention to detail
  • Basic computer experience required
