Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at PSN Affiliates. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit qualified candidates for clinical, clerical, and administrative positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.
  • Conduct interviews, reference checks, and background checks to ensure candidate quality.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Three years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
