Leidos is seeking a **Test and Evaluation Engineer** to join our team. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in orchestrating and executing program test and evaluation initiatives across various government and contractor locations. Their expertise will provide essential insights to the customer Chief Engineer and Program Director, significantly influencing enterprise system implementation strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Facilitate daily operations among diverse stakeholders situated in various locations, fostering robust relationships with multiple testing organizations, including Contractor Test (CT), Developmental Test (DT), and Operational Test (OT).
  • Offer technical guidance and input to customer leadership that directly aligns with strategic objectives.
  • Draft and review test plans, conduct analysis of test data/products, supervise requirement verification processes, and prepare final test reports.
  • Develop and sustain comprehensive program testing master plans.
  • Coordinate and manage test range activities for both system and subsystem evaluations.
  • Engage in the development, coordination, and assessment of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) efforts.
**Required Qualifications:**
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or a related field with 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in an engineering discipline or a related field with 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience with Special Access Program and/or Sensitive Compartmented Information activities.
  • Familiarity with Flight Test and test range operations.
  • Strong background in Electronic Warfare.
  • Excellent interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills.
**Security Clearance:**
  • Must currently hold an active TS/SCI clearance and be willing to obtain a CI Polygraph. Candidates without a TS/SCI clearance will not be considered.
**Desired Qualifications:**
  • Graduate of Test Pilot School.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • DAWIA or equivalent certification in Test and Evaluation, Systems Engineering, and/or Program Management.
