Job Description

Peraton is seeking a highly skilled Senior Test Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the system-level, end-to-end test engineering team responsible for system Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the system integration level test planning and execution process
  • Develop and document test plans, detailed test procedures, test reports, and transition plans
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand segment and enterprise requirements
  • Review segment-level test scenarios and test reports
  • Execute end-to-end integration testing and provide a final test report and recommendation to move the system forward toward operations
Requirements:
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance
  • BS/BA and 5+ years of overall experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Systems Integration and Test Engineering experience
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Good customer teaming skills; ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
  • Strong interpersonal, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, and ability to lead technical forums
Desired Qualifications:
  • Technical Bachelor's degree
  • MS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Math, or related scientific or technical discipline
  • IT credentials and certifications (e.g., DAWIA, PMP, INCOSE, ITIL, CISSP and SAFe Agile)
