We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic business leader to join our team as a General Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the company's strategy in a market, managing day-to-day operations, and prioritizing and managing cross-functional and cross-border teams on multiple fronts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Management or related field is required
  • 10+ years of product and/or business experience, 5+ years of managing large/ complex teams
  • Data Analysis and Reporting

  • E-grocery experience with quantifiable results
  • Project Management proficiency
  • Ability to audit, whilst looking around corners
  • Management consulting
