Job Summary

As a key member of the Marriott team, the successful candidate will serve as the primary strategic business leader of the property, responsible for driving all aspects of the operation, including guest and employee satisfaction, human resources, financial performance, sales, and revenue generation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of delivering results, driving growth, and exceeding guest expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth, improve profitability, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, improve processes, and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze business performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and local community leaders to drive business growth and enhance reputation.
Requirements
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years' experience in management operations, sales, and marketing, finance, and accounting, or related professional area.
  • OR 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years' experience in management operations, sales, and marketing, finance, and accounting, or related professional area.
  • Preferred: General Manager experience in limited or full-service property, ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and late nights.
Benefits
