Your Role: As a Boutique Operations Leader, you will be at the forefront of our leadership team, overseeing all facets of boutique management, including customer experience, team development, and visual presentation. By strategizing, coaching, and holding your team accountable, you will inspire them to deliver an outstanding customer experience and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:

Position Requirements:
