As a Lead Enterprise Architect at Oracle, you will provide strategic guidance, planning, and best practices to executive leaders to make investment decisions that align with the long-term vision of the organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Researching key business performance indicators and industry trends to propose solutions aligned with business objectives
  • Creating broad architecture standards, policies, and procedures
  • Providing architectural leadership, guidance, and support for the broader architecture community
  • Generating project basis of estimates for performance, scalability, sustainability, and maintainability
  • Managing the overall architectural roadmap, including prioritizing workflow

You will enable business and IT leaders to make process, data, and technology investment decisions that balance and prioritize current operational demands and opportunities with the long-term strategic vision of the enterprise.

Requirements include:

  • At least 10 years of total combined work experience and completed higher education
  • At least 3 years of system engineering and/or system architecture work experience
  • At least 7 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
  • ERP application work experience
  • Experience with Payroll integrations, a plus
  • At least 5 years of Workday application work experience: HR & Payroll
  • ITIL Foundations/ Service Management – AXELOS
