Job Overview

At Snell Motor Company, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Parts Sales Specialist to join our team at Town North Mazda. As a key member of our Parts Department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of parts and accessories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide clear and accurate information to customers regarding special-order parts, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Parts Management: Maintain a clean and well-organized parts storage area, ensuring easy access to parts and accessories.
  • Knowledge and Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive parts and computer systems, ensuring you have the knowledge to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Ensure timely delivery of parts and accessories, and notify customers promptly of any issues or delays.
  • Warranty and Returns: Secure warranty parts, properly tag and sort parts, and promptly return to the source.
  • Customer Interaction: Meet and greet customers in person or over the phone, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand and bend for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED certificate, and industry experience or mechanical knowledge preferred.
  • Computer and Communication Skills: Basic computer skills and excellent customer service skills.
