Job Overview

ITW Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing strategic business with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage commercial and sales activity to drive business growth
* Collaborate with international project teams to achieve successful product launches
* Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers at JOEM's and related tiers
* Lead and develop a team of Project Engineers responsible for individual programs and day-to-day communication with customers
* Ensure products and designs meet quality, performance, and cost expectations
* Apply Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) framework to manage projects and programs
* Partner with Design, Engineering, Operations, and Quality on production process development and validation
* Develop product sales forecasts and financial performance

Requirements:

* 6 years of project management experience, preferably in the automotive industry
* BS degree in Mechanical Engineer or equivalent
* Willingness to travel 20% of the time
