About the Role

Aon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand client relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the human capital solutions industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as Salesforce
  • Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
