Sales Account Manager

Aon Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and expand client relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and outreach efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business environment
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Experience in the human capital solutions industry or a related field
- Knowledge of sales software and tools, such as Salesforce
- Strong understanding of business operations and financial management
