Job Summary
The University of Pennsylvania seeks a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to provide primary administrative support and coordination to the PIs and administrative leadership of the Division of Infectious Diseases. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, discretion in working with confidential matters, and the ability to interact effectively with faculty.

In this hybrid position, you will schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and prepare communications, including memos, emails, and reports. You will also compose and edit documents, create and maintain filing systems, manage division physical mail, coordinate travel, and plan departmental meetings and events.

A competitive salary range for this position is $63,000 - $78,000 per year, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate will have a high school graduate or equivalent degree and 5-7 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience with scheduling software and calendar management.
