Position Overview

This full-time on-site position for a Process Engineer at Fulton Bellows, LLC involves engaging in the daily operations related to the design, management, and analytical tasks for an array of products. The Process Engineer will focus on enhancing processes across various sectors including Critical Service Valves, Oil & Gas, Automotive, Electrical Production, Gas Turbines, Fuel Cells, Medical, and Measurement & Control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and direct multiple projects as assigned.
  • Assist and resolve production challenges as needed.
  • Champion and execute continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the development and documentation of processes to ensure the production of quality components at rates that satisfy customer expectations.
  • Conduct audits of production processes and spearhead Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) efforts.
  • Maintain direct communication with clients regarding assigned projects.
  • Implement basic 5S practices and undertake additional duties as required.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and regulations within the plant.
  • Support the overarching goals and objectives of the organization.
  • Foster and advocate for a comprehensive quality management approach.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Process Control and Process Engineering.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or program management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical proficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or 5-10 years of relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in tool and die making and support.
