Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Maintenance Specialist to join our team at SkySource Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Identify and repair or replace defective parts, and perform preventive maintenance on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall production processes.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in mechanical and electrical maintenance.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
