Program Support Coordinator

Accountability: Reports to the Chief Program Officer
Employment Status: Part-Time; Non-exempt
Objective: To facilitate administrative processes that enhance the effectiveness of Ministry Programs.
Required Qualifications:
- Possession of an Associate's degree or relevant experience in Human Services or Social Work.
- A dedicated Christian with a solid grasp of Biblical principles and their practical application.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficient in organizing and prioritizing tasks.
- Eager to learn and improve professional skills.
- Commitment to adhere to Jubilee's Mission Statement, Core Values, Statement of Faith, Position Statements, and Employee Code of Conduct.
Working Environment:
Physical Activity Levels: Occasionally (1-33%), Frequently (34-66%), Continuously (67%-100%)
- Engaging in computer work - Frequently

- Walking between facilities - Occasionally
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and distribute weekly schedules for Aftercare Program participants.
- Engage with community partners regarding Aftercare Program participants.
- Maintain organized physical files for Aftercare Program participants.
- Ensure compliance with program regulations among Aftercare Program participants.
- Contribute to staff meetings and team-building initiatives.
- Assist Aftercare staff with data collection, entry, and reporting tasks.
- Support Prison Chaplaincy staff with data management and reporting needs.
- Handle printing requests for the Prison Chaplaincy team.
- Assist the Chief Program Officer with various projects as required.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
