About the Role

Teltonika is seeking a highly organized and motivated Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR functions, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the growth and development of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Document Management: Prepare and update HR documents, such as employment contracts and amendments, to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • HR System Management: Manage personnel information within our HRM system (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and other internal platforms to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with various departments to streamline pre-boarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system access, and equipment orders.
  • Policy Development and Compliance: Review and update company policies and general guidelines to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Employee Support: Address employee inquiries, including requests for sick leave, time off, and office improvements, in a timely and professional manner.
  • HR Events and Training: Support the organization of HR events, including training sessions, team-building activities, and employee recognition programs, to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, maintain confidential records, and handle filing tasks to ensure efficient and organized HR operations.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and booking travel arrangements to support the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of Human Resources experience across the U.S.
  • Skills: Strong administrative, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with United States labor laws related to HR functions and excellent time management and prioritization skills.
