Position Overview

Join our dedicated team as a Banquet Bartender, where your role transcends mere drink service; you will be the architect of memorable experiences, a master of mixology, and the pulse of our lively venue.
  • Assist patrons with beverage selections and drink preparation, ensuring prompt and efficient service at the bar and dining areas.
  • Engage with guests to assess their needs and satisfaction regarding beverages, providing consistently attentive and high-quality service.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu and standard offerings to guide guests in their beverage choices based on preferences.
  • Adhere to the operational standards set forth by our establishment, ensuring compliance with service excellence in all bar and restaurant interactions.
  • Contribute to enhancing food and beverage sales by being well-versed in cocktails, spirits, and menu highlights.
  • Efficiently take and process orders using the Micros system, ensuring accuracy in timing and billing.
  • Prepare guest checks with precision and manage payment transactions as required.
  • Maintain, operate, and clean all bar equipment and fixtures to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Ensure the bar is consistently stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Implement safe food handling practices and maintain a secure working environment by following established food safety protocols.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: One year of experience in the food service or hospitality sector as a Bartender.
  • Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine; experience in a luxury hospitality setting is a plus.
  • Must meet the minimum age requirement to serve alcoholic beverages.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor and appearance, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, based on operational needs.
  • Ability to obtain necessary state and local certifications, such as food handler or alcohol service training, as applicable.
