About the Role:

The Treasury Manager will play a critical part in overseeing the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end cash flow activity, ensuring compliance with company and audit standards to maximize the protection of the company's cash assets.

This role will manage cash position, short-term liquidity forecasts, banking relationships, and treasury accounting, providing timely reporting and recommendations to leadership.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of cash management experience, a Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, accounting, or related field, and proficiency with NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly operational duties, including processing wire transfers, ACH, cash deposits, payments, overdrafts, returned deposited items, and positive pay.
  • Reconcile the cash-related general ledger accounts daily to ensure accuracy and audit compliance.
  • Ensure the proper funding of accounts, instructing bank transfers based on remittance details across pillar bank accounts.
  • Contribute to the creation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Lead a team, including hiring, onboarding, training, and developing team members.
