We are seeking a motivated self-starter to join our team in a managerial & administrative role and be responsible for daily operations at our upcoming therapy center.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication with parents and families enrolled in our program
  • Onboard new clients and host center tours
  • Approve sick leave and vacation requests for employees
  • Validate the accuracy of center schedules
  • Hold clinicians accountable for submitting session notes within 48 hours
  • Ensure clinical note audits occur to maintain accuracy of billing
  • Maintain employee certifications and credentials
  • Document management for clients and employees
  • Ensure adherence to budget requirements for center purchases
  • Communicate with the insurance and billing department regarding client insurance authorizations
  • Communicate with the talent acquisition department regarding resignations or staffing needs
  • Maintain and recognize staff birthdays and organize team-building events

Requirements:

  • Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, crawl, squat, run or stand for extended periods of time
  • Ability to reach and hold objects
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds
