Key Responsibilities:- Lead the organization's understanding of the patient voice through analytics, interpretation, and actionable information.
- Interface measurement partner data, including surveys, complaints, and grievances, to build a comprehensive understanding of patient perceptions.
- Train and develop leaders and team members in experience process and behavioral best practices.
- Lead Patient Advisory Councils to ensure patient-centered care.
- Collaborate with hospital leaders to create and deploy Hospital Action Plans.
- Manage project timelines, metrics updates, and goal reporting.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field required; MHA or MBA preferred.
- Experience in customer relations, marketing, or customer service in a healthcare, hospitality, or retail environment.
- Progressive experience in customer/patient relations management and program development.
- Statistics experience and data analytics skills preferred.
- Project management experience and patient experience certification preferred.
