As a Visionworks Clinical Specialist (CS)/Optometric Assistant, you'll be the face of our Exam Practice, ensuring every patient has a seamless and personalized experience. Your expertise in eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and managed vision care will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

• Maintain accurate patient records and conduct preliminary testing with precision.
• Introduce patients to our esteemed Optometrists, providing them with essential information to ensure a smooth transition.
• Transition patients from the doctor to our sales floor, equipping our associates with the knowledge to recommend products and services tailored to their eye care needs.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support our exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals, including inventory management, equipment maintenance, and exceptional customer service.
