Customer Service Representative, Home Care Services Specialist

As a key member of our team at Seattle Children's, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients and families. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor and process customer service requests for formula, medications, equipment, and/or supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to monitor patient compliance and use of materials, supporting safe and quality home care administration. Your excellent communication skills and ability to interface with care team partners and patients/caregivers will be essential in providing accurate and timely delivery of weekly, biweekly, or monthly shipments/deliveries.
Required Education and ExperienceWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of customer service or related experience is required, as well as one year of experience in healthcare. You will be responsible for submitting a copy of your required education for this position (diploma or transcript) upon hire.
Preferred QualificationsWe prefer candidates with an AA degree or equivalent, as well as one year of experience in Home Care admissions planning and continuity of care issues, including inventory management/insurance authorizations. Experience in pediatric home care is also highly desirable.
Compensation and BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $24.16 - $36.24 per hour. This compensation range is based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors, including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. We also offer a generous benefit package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and more.
