Job Summary
We're seeking a Home Care Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and processing customer service requests for formula, medications, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services. You'll work closely with clinical and operational teams to monitor patient compliance and use of materials, supporting safe and quality home care administration. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and process customer service requests for formula, medications, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Work with care team partners and patients/caregivers to provide accurate and timely delivery of shipments and deliveries.
- Participate in inventory management and insurance authorizations as needed.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- One year of customer service or related experience.
- One year of experience in healthcare.

Preferred Qualifications
- AA degree or equivalent experience.
- One year of experience in Home Care admissions planning and continuity of care issues, including inventory management and insurance authorizations.
- One year of experience in pediatric home care.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $24.16 - $36.24 per hour, calculated based on full-time employment. Offers are determined by multiple factors, including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided. This compensation range is specific to Seattle, and positions located outside of Seattle may be compensated differently.
