About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team at MillerKnoll. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair complex automated machines, requiring extensive knowledge of electronic, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
  • Technical Expertise: Perform milling, welding, fabrication, and use of various power tools, as well as read and interpret mechanical diagrams and electrical schematics.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Work in various environments, including ladder work, scaffolding, rooftop, hot and cold temperatures, and be willing to work overtime on weekend and holiday shifts as needed.
  • Physical Demands: Push, pull, and lift 55 pounds frequently, as well as stand for long periods.
  • Maintenance Documentation: Perform and document preventative and predictive maintenance on equipment, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and ISO standards.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with robots, CNC programming, and controls is a plus, but not required.
Requirements
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), or work experience that demonstrates performance competency.
  • Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
