Job Summary

The Bar Supervisor is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with managers to discuss event details and ensure a smooth execution.
  • Supervise staff during check-ins and breakdowns, ensuring all beverage displays are properly maintained.
  • Knowledgeable on all menu offerings and ensure accurate execution.
  • Complete event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
  • Perform post-event product inventory and restock as needed.
  • Create, modify, and close sales checks in point of sale.
  • Understand and adhere to event paperwork and reports.
  • Adhere to location appearance guidelines.
  • Supervise and complete open and closing stand sheets.
  • Maintain service areas and employ good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Follow responsible alcohol service policies.
Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and actively engage with guests.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
