The Automotive Sales Consultant will manage the complete sales cycle from initiation to conclusion. This role encompasses the sale of both new and used vehicles, managing finance and lease agreements, providing warranty and insurance options, as well as marketing vehicle accessories. Our Sales Consultants hold considerable responsibilities as there is no distinct Finance Department; you will serve as the primary contact for the customer, backed by a highly skilled sales management team. We offer a competitive commission-based remuneration structure.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High energy and a positive demeanor
- Exceptional customer service and sales capabilities
- Strong verbal communication skills both in-person and via phone
- Ability to adapt and address objections throughout the sales process
- Competence in basic business mathematics and familiarity with software applications
- Team-oriented, committed, and customer-centric
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers upon their arrival
- Help customers in choosing a vehicle that meets their needs
- Effectively showcase vehicle features
- Guide customers through the sales application process
- Collaborate with management to maintain and display vehicles on the lot
- Promote finance and insurance products as well as accessories
- Ensure adherence to compliance and ethical standards in all transactions
