Key Responsibilities- Monitor and manage office supply inventory, submitting requests for procurement as needed.
- Serve as a point of contact for external visitors, providing assistance and direction as required.
- Support behavioral staff by responding to communication requests and offering assistance to learners.
- Ensure the center maintains cleanliness and safety standards.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance sheets and necessary compliance documentation.
- Guide and supervise center support staff in fulfilling assigned administrative tasks.
- Organize therapy rooms to create an optimal environment for learning.
- Foster positive relationships with staff and learners.
- Collaborate effectively with supervisors and authority figures.
- Ensure confidentiality and adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding records management.
- Participate in monthly meetings and contribute to team discussions.
- Ensure timely completion of scheduled activities and crafts.
- Maintain effective communication with supervisory staff regarding operational matters.
- Perform additional related duties as assigned.
- Regularly required to stand, sit, communicate, and use hands for various tasks.
- Specific vision abilities required for computer work.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff and learners.
- Must be capable of observing and engaging with children in various settings.
- Ability to lift and assist small children as needed.
- Must demonstrate safe intervention techniques when necessary.
- Ability to perform gross and fine motor activities essential for engaging with children.
- High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong foundational knowledge of the ABA field is essential.
- Must possess a positive, energetic, and creative attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
- Willingness to learn and implement ABA programs is crucial.
- Flexible scheduling is expected, with availability during standard operating hours.
- Must complete a background check and health care registry check.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
