Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our Property Management department by providing administrative support, managing documents, and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents, both physical and electronic.
  • Coordinate and prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets and other tools to track and analyze data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a real estate or property management environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
